Pauline Renon, originally from near Lyon, France, began riding at age three and competing by seven. Growing up in a family dedicated to sport-horse breeding, she developed a deep passion for equestrian sport and training. By eighteen, she started her professional riding career while studying neuroscience, focusing on the link between mental performance and athletic success.
She holds the DEJEPS certification (equivalent to the IGEQ Level 3 International Trainer), along with a USDF University Diamond Certification, Bronze Medal, and Barefoot Trimming Certification.
Pauline has competed and taught masterclasses worldwide, across Europe, America, Morocco, Egypt, China, and Guatemala — earning recognition for her expertise in Grand Prix jumping and dressage. She now brings her extensive international experience and technical mastery to United Equestrian Team, providing top-tier training in hunter/jumper and dressage disciplines.
Pauline received her education at some of France’s most prestigious equestrian institutions, including Saumur, Haras de Jardy, and Chantilly. She trained under the mentorship of Olympic coaches and renowned riders such as G. Vidal, M. Robert, F. Rebel, J.M. Bonneau, Faria Leal, and the Rozier family. This exceptional foundation guarantees that each of her lessons is built on proven techniques, classical principles, and effective pedagogical methods.
She has started and developed hundreds of young horses, many of which have progressed to compete successfully at the international level — from First Level through Grand Prix dressage, and in show jumping classes ranging from 1.15m to 1.45m Grand Prix.
Pauline’s professional background includes collaborating with Uliano Vezzani on the organization of elite equestrian events such as the CSI 5* International Jumping of Versailles and Jean-François Morand’s CSI 5* International Jumping of Dinard (France).
She has also contributed her expertise at the FEI World Equestrian Games, participating with Team France in 2014 (Normandy, France) and 2018 (Tryon, North Carolina, USA) — experiences that have further refined her understanding of international competition standards and horse–rider performance at the highest level.
